Based on the Kripalu tradition, the focus of our yoga classes, massage therapy, and yoga therapy, is to create awareness. Our practices are a meditation-in-motion. Located in North Denver at 3333 Federal Boulevard, we are a neighborhood yoga center. Our yoga classes are limited to approximately eight people and our well trained teachers offer a personalized yoga experience. We welcome you to drop in for a yoga class or a massage.
